From December 26, 2007 through January 17, 2008, two of the three inverters were not communicating with the Sunnyboy Control unit. So while the the PV strings were generating electricity and providing it to the house, I do not have the data on how much was actually generated. I estimate that the amount or electricity generated and the electric bill savings should be roughly twice what is reported here for that month.

We used an average of 62.9 KWH/day this year compared with 56.7 KWH/day last year. It's a bit distressing that our power usage keeps creeping up. We added more backup storage drives for our computers and put in some new UPSs, but could that increase our power usage that much?
