Join a health club, and get at least four hours of exercise per week.
This was one of the areas where I fell short for much of the year. I never did
join a health club, and after some decent efforts in the early summer, I
backslid and got lazy until October or so. When I noticed that I was having
trouble fitting into my pants, I realized that maybe it'd be a good idea to
get with the program again. The last quarter of the year saw me being a lot
more active, with a definite positive effect on my health.
