Here I am now..

I've been at this SJ condo for a few weeks now and every time I leave the family house, I get wistful and feel sad, but it eventually lifts. I also get a messier condo as my crap piles up. One of my greater challenges will be to curb my spending, as I had never exercised that much control about that before. But it's something I'm sure most of you know, how to manage your finances, and I should do it too. I wonder what's a spiffy piece of cheap/free software out there for personal finances..

Again, great kudos to my parents and siblings for helping me move. They fixed & clean & moved things and made it a lot smoother.

I also got my knives today so I can now cut things! I still have yet to cook anything however.

I also blasted up my credit card bill for obvious reasons and this time they gave me a 4 free magazine subscriptions. I picked Money (for that personal finance stuff), Cooking Light (for healthy cooking), Glamour (Why the heck not, eh?), and Puzzles & Games (or something like that, to pass the time).

I also wonder how to go about doing a housewarming if anybody cares for that kinda thing: Parking is tough in this place, and I don't want to obligate people to buy stuff for me (since I think I have most things I need/want).

Time to wrap up & sleep!
