This page contains my efforts with the K-88 which was purchased from a local camera store in Norwood, Mass.
The salesman there has been an enthusiastic collector, trader and user of FSU equipment for many years and took
this one in trade for a sizeable Hasselblad outfit. Knowing my interest in the K-60 he shrewdly piqued my interest
in an 88 that "worked". Well yes it did and does work but it did require some minor tweaking. Aside from needing to
be flocked the body has been fine. The back needed seals and two of the three lenses needed some attention. to put
everything to rights. I also modified the 80mm Volna with a light baffle for the DOF preview lever and installed an
auxiliary pushbutton in the TTL Prism to supplement the regular off-on switch which I was forever forgetting to turn off,
so battery life was suffering. Enough history, let's get on to the photographs.
